Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services:
– T & I Cleaning Corp. (“Company”) agrees to provide cleaning services as specified in the agreed-upon service contract.
– Services may include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and other tasks outlined in the service agreement.
2. Payment Terms:
– Clients are required to pay the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.
– Payment can be made through the provided payment methods, and invoices must be settled within the agreed-upon timeframe.
– Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
– Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services.
– Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Access to Premises:
– Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled service time.
– In the event of restricted access or security measures, clients must inform T & I Cleaning Corp. in advance.
5. Client Responsibilities:
– Clients are responsible for removing personal items and valuables from areas to be cleaned.
– The Company is not liable for damage to items left in areas being serviced
6. Supplies and Equipment:
– T & I Cleaning Corp. will provide cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
– Clients are responsible for informing the Company of any specific cleaning products or equipment restrictions.
7. Liability and Insurance:
– T & I Cleaning Corp. will take reasonable care in providing services but is not liable for damages resulting from normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.
– The Company carries liability insurance, and any claims should be reported within 7 days of service completion.
8. Confidentiality:
– T & I Cleaning Corp. agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any details regarding the services provided.
9. Termination of Services:
– Either party may terminate services with written notice.
– T & I Cleaning Corp. reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution:
– Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with [state/country] laws.
11. Amendments:
– These terms and conditions may be amended with the mutual agreement of both parties in writing.
